Rashida J. Allen

Rashida J. Allen is a Digital Executive Producer, specializing in multi media creative service management. In today’s competitive digital-first marketing landscape, she delivers engaging online consumer journeys, from concept to completion—both on time and on budget.

Having produced impactful digital and social media content for such brands as Airbnb, Verizon, and Condé Nast Publications for over 20 years, Rashida provides a wealth of expertise in the fine balance between the art and science of branded native content.

In addition to her extensive project management experience, Rashida is also a natural creative solutions specialist. She has a BS in Art/Graphic Communications from New York University, and an MBA equivalent Master’s Degree in Design Management; a program created by Pratt Institute to bridge the disciplines of design and business management.

In 2018 Rashida was selected for the opportunity to live and work remotely, for 12 months, in 12 international cities, around the world. This once in a lifetime cultural dive was just an intro to her ever-growing values in work-life-balance and the nomadic benefits of location/time-zone independence. From learning the art of Japanese stamp-making by day, to PM-ing a multi-store e-commerce re-platform by “night” (while in Kyoto), the year abroad has been an invaluable addition to her nimble approach toward any and all challenges, both professionally and personally, as the journey continues.
